Step One: Payment and Documentation Submission

Once MalpracticeCheck has reviewed your Contact Form and accepted your case for review, we will send you a direct link to send your payment and documentation (including any X-Ray/CT or MRI studies). We use a firewall protected server for documentation submission to ensure confidentiality and your privacy.

Step Two: Interview

After Step One is completed, we will set up a convenient time for a one-hour telephone interview by a trained professional to determine the sequence of events of your case and identify your main concerns.

Step Three: Expert Review

Following the interview, MalpracticeCheck will send your documentation and a transcript of your interview to the expert selected to review your case. Your Formal Report will follow in three weeks with:

• The expert opinion
• A transcript of your interview
• A chronological table of events
• Suggestions for further assistance should you decide to sue the responsible party
