- Summary of the strengths and weaknesses of your malpractice case
- Statement of overall medical merit
4. Our willingness to assist the lawyer you choose in obtaining:
- Pragmatic advice from Dr. Hodkinson on your case from medical and strategic perspectives
- Further expert medical opinions of specialists willing to act as expert witnesses if the case goes to trial
What Happens Next?
Within three weeks of receiving your documentation, we will send you our Formal Report that we hope will give you Peace of Mind.
